The fourth batch of specialized, refined, and innovative "Little Giant" enterprises of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology have established provincial-level enterprise research institutes, provincial-level high-tech research and development centers, enterprise technology centers, and industrial design centers, and have long-term technical cooperation with major automobile OEMs and well-known universities. Independently researched and developed key technologies such as steering rod preparation and raw material performance improvement, participated in drafting and formulating national automotive industry standards, owned over 80 national patents, and achieved industry-leading levels in patent technology and standard formulation
Manufacturing capability
The company covers an area of 80000 square meters and has three production bases with over 380 employees. It mainly introduces international advanced automated online testing production lines and various automatic processing production lines, and has formed an annual production capacity of 2 million sets of new energy vehicle parts and 3 million sets of chassis parts. It has the ability to produce and test the entire process from raw materials entering the factory to finished products leaving the factory
Test capability
We have newly introduced globally leading MTS and MOOG multi-channel dynamic detection test benches from the United States, further strengthening our research and development capabilities to ensure consistency in process control and stability in product performance
